The fall in the Sky Racing Active 2YO Handicap at Rosehill last Saturday resulted in jockey Andrew Adkins suffering serious injuries while Hot ‘N’ Hazy had to be euthanised.
The incident happened in the home straight when the eventual winner Smart Image shifted out from the inside and Hot ‘N’ Hazy clipped heels before falling.
