The power units in the back of Red Bull’s Formula 1 cars will be branded as a Red Bull engine following its takeover of Hondas technology in 2022.
On Monday, Red Bull announced that it has agreed a deal to take over Hondas power unit intellectual property after the Japanese manufacturer leaves F1 at the end of the year until the next-generation of engines are introduced in 2025.
