‘Hoping they could get an easy night’: Bennett burns ‘awful’ Bunnies in brutal spray – Fox Sports
Wayne Bennett has unloaded on his South Sydney charges after the Rabbitohs shot themselves in the foot in their season opening 26-18 loss to the Storm.
The Rabbitohs found themselves down 22-0 after letting in four tries inside the first half-hour and Bennett believes the game was over by then, despite a spirited fightback in the second half.
That first half was awful, Bennett said post match.
