The UAE’s Hope spacecraft will now aim to launch on July 19, after weather conditions delayed the history-making mission twice.
The United Arab Emirates must be itching to get on with its first interplanetary mission to Mars. On July 15, weather conditions forced a second delay to the UAE Space Agency and the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center’s mission to the red planet. On Friday, the agency announced a new time to launch its historic payload, a car-sized probe named Hope: Sunday, July 19. You can find out how to watch below.
