‘Homesick’ Lesiotis poised for shock Wanderers exit with Melbourne return looming – The World Game
Midfielder Anthony Lesiotis – Carl Robinson’s first signing for Western Sydney – is poised to depart Wanderers for a possible return to Melbourne Victory.
Melbourne City, the club Lesiotis first played an A-League game for, might also be in the frame, as the 20-year-old looks to head back to his home town.
Lesiotis has, according to sources in Melbourne, cited homesickness for seeking a release just four months into his two-year deal at Wanderland.
