Hobart’s Eastern Shore dog owners fear dog-friendly areas are disappearing

Dog owners on Hobart’s eastern shore are concerned the number of areas they can exercise their pooch off-lead is shrinking.

Clarence City Council (CCC) has put forward a number of possible changes to off-lead areas as part of its Dog Management Policy draft review.
The changes could see dogs completely banned from certain beaches or kept on-leash in areas where they have previously run free.
