Historic Junior Wallabies triumph holds key to Australia’s Bledisloe Cup hopes – Sydney Morning Herald
No less than six of the 16 debutants in Dave Rennie’s squad took part in an historic win against the New Zealand under-20s just under 18 months ago.
Spurred on by their success against New Zealand teams in the junior ranks, Harry Wilson and the army of fresh faced Wallabies harbour no mental scars ahead of their first All Blacks acid test.
Wilson is one of six Australians, along with Noah Lolesio, Will Harrison, Fraser McReight, Angus Bell and Trevor Hosea, that featured in the Junior Wallabies side which beat New Zealand under-20s 24-0 last May.
