Highway reopened after fatal crash north-west of Brisbane

The D’Aguilar Highway has been reopened after a serious traffic accident at Harlin, north-west of Brisbane, in which a 20-year-old man was killed.
Paramedics attended the single-vehicle rollover of a westbound Hyundai station wagon on the highway about 2.30am on Monday, treating two patients, police said.
The 20-year-old, from Mount Kilcoy, was declared dead at the scene. A 30-year-old Toogoolawah woman with a leg injury was airlifted to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
“The vehicle appears to have left the road between Kilcoy and the Brisbane Valley Highway and rolled down an embankment,” police said.
