A shining metal monolith in the US desert that authorities wanted kept secret has been tracked down by a veteran who “loves adventure”.

“Headed there in the morning,” David Surber posted about two days after a crew from the Utah Department of Public Safety and Division of Wildlife Resources revealed they had spotted a gleaming three-sided structure metal structure tucked away in a remote desert nook of Utah.
