Brisbane Fire Plans to their website! They date from 1951 to c 1975 and cover Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe and South Brisbane areas and include both businesses and residential houses.According to the description, they were “named after G. Mahlstedt & Son, a consulting company that prepared plans for use by insurance companies. The plans were first compiled in 1951 and include updates until c.1975. The plans are highly detailed to assist in measuring the fire risk posed by different buildings. The plans…
