They date from 1951 to c 1975 and cover Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe and South Brisbane areas and include both businesses and residential houses.According to the description, they were “named after G. Mahlstedt & Son, a consulting company that prepared plans for use by insurance companies. The plans were first compiled in 1951 and include updates until c.1975.
