As the Sydney commercial market shows no sign of slowing down, Cassa Commerciale House at 73 York Street, Sydney has been sold for $22.5 million; it last traded four years ago for just $8.1 million. The vendor, 73 York Street Pty Ltd, is a private company which is owned by companies associated Allan Fife of Kirribilli, Kevin Slomoi of Caulfield North, Norman Metz of Kew, Sydney Kahn of Caulfield South and Loren Datt of Caulfield South.
