‘Help save Sarge’: Legal campaign to save ”gentle’ Staffy dealt decisive blow

A Queensland mother who launched an unprecedented legal battle to save her dog’s life has been dealt a dire blow.
Kara Chaplin’s Staffy Sarge was ordered to be put down last April after a second instance of him attacking another dog.
The Sunshine Coast Council declared Sarge “dangerous” and ordered he be put down.
A lengthy legal battle sought to bring Sarge’s case to the Supreme Court.
However, on Friday, it was dealt a decisive blow.
