Listed travel agent Helloworld is set to ask investors for a $50 million capital injection.
The company and its stockbroker Ord Minnett were lining up potential buyers on Thursday morning.

The $50 million raising was to be split into a placement and rights issue.
The deal was at $1.65 a share, which was a 15.8 per cent discount to the last close.
The placement was worth about $27 million….
