The prime minster has defended the pace of the vaccine rollout after Victoria’s acting premier blamed it for the state’s fourth lockdown, but health authorities are open to overhauling the program.
On Thursday it was announced Victoria will now be offering the Pfizer jab to those aged 40 to 49 years old.
