Retired Queensland captain Cameron Smith has revealed former Melbourne Storm teammate Harry Grant would not be his first-choice as Maroons starting hooker.
Grant has been seen as the heir to Smith for both club and state after the veteran hooker called time on his NRL career on the eve of the 2021 season.
