Cox Plate-winning jockey Chad Schofield might have picked the perfect time to boot home a winner for his old boss David Hayes in Hong Kong.
The pair combined for more than 70 wins in Melbourne before Schofield left for Hong Kong. Hayes headed to Hong Kong to rejoin the strong trainers’ ranks at the end of the last Melbourne racing season.
