Hawks star drops huge retirement bombshell, aged just 29
Hawthorn midfielder Tom Scully has called time on his AFL career.
The 29-year-old informed his teammates on Tuesday morning he would retire, effective immediately.
Scully was taken with Pick No. 1 at the 2009 national draft and had been taking leave from the football club for personal reasons.
