Hawks great Dermott Brereton great lashes ‘idiot’ Don Scott and questions his club legacy amid AFL cheating claims – Fox Sports
Hawthorn great Dermott Brereton has labelled club legend Don Scott “an idiot” who should “be behind glass”, following the explosive salary cap cheating claims he directed at his former club.
Scott made headlines earlier in the month when he claimed Hawthorns four flags between 1986 and 1991 were marred by secret bank accounts used to cheat the competitions salary cap.
Brereton, who played in all four of those premierships, gave Scott a dressing down when asked about the comments.
