Jonathon Patton has announced his retirement from football.
The Hawthorn forward has opted to draw the curtain on his career after 95 games with both GWS and the Hawks.
I have made the difficult decision to retire from football to focus on my health, wellbeing, and future outside of the game, Patton said via a club statement.
