Hawaiian authorities are exploring the possibility of creating a COVID-19 travel bubble with trans-Pacific countries including Australia.
Governor of Hawaii David Ige said, during a press conference on Tuesday, that he had considered plans to allow tourists to visit the island in a bid to restart the decimated tourism economy.
