Harry and Meghan’s lawsuits send paparazzi agency into bankruptcy court – 9Honey
The couple have already won three cases
The media have lost again against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Hollywood pararazzi, Splash News & Picture Agency, have filed for bankruptcy this week, citing “unbearably expensive” lawsuits by the Sussexes over photographs they took of baby Archie as one of the main reasons.
The Hollywood based agency has already lost an invasion of privacy case filed by the couple in the U.S, claiming they can’t afford to lose a similar case filed by the Duke and Duchess pending in the U.K as well.
