Towards the end of the call, Maddison told Sergeant Jenkins: “Go f— yourself you c—sucker, come and get me”. A few minutes later, after further rants, Maddison hung up.

In addition, Mr Beveridge said Maddison showed him six to eight guns he had in his ute, the day before Senior Constable Forte was killed, and made a startling statement, believed to be in reference to police.
