Boom five-eighth Anthony Milford has emerged as a contender for the Brisbane Broncos’ captaincy in the club’s darkest chapter.
Several players are in contention to skipper the Queensland club after Kevin Walters declared the post vacant early in his tenure late last year.
New Zealand and Cook Islands representative Alex Glenn took on the job for the club’s dismal 2020 season, which saw the Broncos collect their first wooden spoon in history.
