Seven people fell ill after they all attended the burial of a nurse, with authorities now declaring an epidemic.
Guinea has declared an Ebola outbreak after at least three people were found to have died from the virus.
The fatalities are the first Ebola deaths for the West African country since 2016.
These people, alongside four others, fell ill after they all attended the burial of a nurse.
They reportedly all suffered from diarrhoea, vomiting, and bleeding, after going to the nurses burial in Goueke, which is close to the Liberian border.
