Guests from Brisbane quarantine hotel linked to UK strain COVID cluster test negative
Guests who were evacuated from a Brisbane quarantine hotel at the centre of a cluster of a mutated strain of COVID-19 have tested negative for the virus.
Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk revealed “good news” after fears of a UK strain outbreak related to six cases linked to the Grand Chancellor Hotel.
The cluster led to an evacuation of 129 guests, who have now tested negative.
