Group I-winning jockey Dean Holland has been fined by Victorian stewards for striking a horse near the head while being loaded into the barriers.
Holland, who won the Australasian Oaks on Small Minds in 2010, pleaded guilty to a charge which stemmed from raceday at Ballarat on August 11.
