Group 1 winner to join O’Brien stable – Racing.com
Former import having a long break before starting again

Group 1 winner Cape Of Good Hope has joined trainer Danny O’Brien.
The former import, who has struggled for form since winning the Caulfield Stakes at his Australian debut, joins O’Brien from Lindsay Park.
The move comes after some interests – including industry giant Coolmore and trainer David Hayes – opted to sell out of the five-year-old entire.
O’Brien said Cape Of Good Hope, who was last seen in a 5.45-length last in the G3 Coongy, would have a long spell before being brought back into work.
