Greater Shepparton Secondary Colleges Wanganui Campus will close on Monday after a diagnosis of the virus.
The school did not say whether the infection was reported in a student or a member of staff.
A letter from Executive Principal Genevieve Simson said the Department of Health and Human Services is undertaking further investigations.
