Government check-in app becomes mandatory in Queensland pubs and cafes – Brisbane Times
Deputy Premier Steven Miles has not ruled out making the government’s Check In Qld app mandatory in other industries.

Mr Miles urged businesses not to wait until the May 1 deadline as there was a turnaround time to register.
The governments registration website states processing can take up to three business days.
Businesses have also been asked to provide other systems for recording patrons details, such as paper forms.
Chief Health Officer Jeannette Young said the app was so important during the current COVID outbreak because it helped contract tracers find people quickly.
