Google Photos on iOS can now crop, trim, and add filters to your videos – The Verge
Google Photos for iOS has been updated with a new video editor, allowing users to crop, add filters to, and make adjustments for things like exposure, contrast, highlights, and shadows. Google has yet to say when an Android version of the update will arrive.
