Karen Seymour, famous for prosecuting Martha Stewart and keeping executives out of trouble, will be replaced by former Obama White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler.
The position of general counsel at a global bank is a highly sought-after prize among top corporate lawyers. Its a role with a low turnover rate and is closely tied to the firms chief executive officer.
