‘Golden parachute’ for three icare executives departing in clean-out – Sydney Morning Herald
The embattled state insurer’s senior ranks are thinning quickly, with three executives collectively taking almost $1.2 million in entitlements as they go.
Mr Craig last year was forced to defend his failure to properly declare a series of business interests including two chairmanships while earning a salary of $870,000.
He also held a financial interest in another company that provided health services linked to workers compensation.
Mr Craig told the inquiry that, while he had not declared his other positions in writing for three years, senior management had been told verbally about his other roles.
