The embattled state insurer’s senior ranks are thinning quickly, with three executives collectively taking almost $1.2 million in entitlements as they go.

Mr Craig last year was forced to defend his failure to properly declare a series of business interests including two chairmanships while earning a salary of $870,000.
He also held a financial interest in another company that provided health services linked to workers compensation.
