UK popstar Sarah Harding has revealed she is battling breast cancer and it has spread through her body.
The 38-year-old, who was part of Girls Aloud, took to social media to reveal her diagnosis earlier this year and the devastating news it had spread.
“I feel now is the right time to share what’s been going on,” she told fans after being spotted at a hospital last week.
“There’s no easy way to say this and actually it doesn’t even feel real writing this, but here goes.
