Giannis, Bucks go from favourites to flops in stunning playoff boilover – Fox Sports
The Milwaukee Bucks may have avoided a shock series sweep but the damage was already done as they crashed out of the playoffs with a 103-94 loss to the Miami Heat.
The Bucks finished well on top of the eastern conference with a 56-17 record, superior to the Los Angeles Lakers who were also rated as pre-bubble favourites to take out the championship.
Having gone all the way to the conference finals last year, the semifinals exit is a bitterly disappointing ending for one of the leagues heavyweights.
