Geordie Shorestar Gaz Beadle has been showing off his abs on Instagram.
The reality TV star has spent the last couple of months of lockdown working on a new fitness regime, and so his feed is full of shirtless progress pictures and selfies in his home gym (because if you don’t take a selfie, it didn’t happen, right?).
