The future of the league was on full display at Goschs Paddock on Friday evening, with number one pick Jamarra Ugle-Hagan and prospective number one pick Nick Daicos in action.
Ugle-Hagan, who was not selected by the Bulldogs for their Round 1 clash with Collingwood, booted five goals for Footscray in a VFL practice match loss to the Magpies.
The key forward starred, taking big marks and converting in a jaw-dropping display.
