‘Frustrated’ Dunstall, Brown unload on ‘uninspiring’ Bombers coach – Fox Sports
Ben Rutten has been criticised for his “uninspiring” messaging to Essendon fans as he officially takes the reigns as sole senior coach of the club.
Trailing by 28 points at halftime against Melbourne, Ruttens answers and despondent demeanour during a Fox Footy interview left AFL legends Jason Dunstall and Jonathan Brown unimpressed.
The pair took aim at Ruttens messaging, which also included an interview with the Herald Sun where he said the sides breakout players had taken ownership of the footy club, despite the sides recent performances being underwhelming.
