He’s a Kiwi with Tongan heritage, but Uilisi Halaholo is the toast of the Welsh valleys after some Murrayfield magic.
Hurricanes fans know him as Willis, but Uilisi Halaholo has earned plaudits after a winning Six Nations test rugby debut for Wales.
The 30-year-old Aucklander of Tongan heritage produced a pearler of a pass for the match clinching try to Wales wing Louis Rees-Zammit in a 25-24 victory over Scotland on Saturday (Sunday NZ time).
Halaholo was known as Willis during his New Zealand career with Southland, Waikato and the Hurricanes.
