A decade on from helping unpack the Utegate affair, the Sydney-based software maker Nuix has pulled off a blockbuster IPO.

Nuix has built its business model on sifting through this so-called unstructured data and its this ability that caught the attention of the millionaires factory – Macquarie Group – in 2011.
That investment has now seen Macquarie mint a billion-dollar payday as Nuix became a publicly listed company.
