Friends of boy, 16, critically injured in Gold Coast balcony fall failed to call ambulance
The friends of a teenage boy who fell from a balcony on the Gold Coast put him at greater risk by not calling an ambulance, paramedics say.
The 16-year-old boy was sitting on a balcony railing and fell backwards, plunging up to nine metres, according to Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
