Cam McCarthy has quit Fremantle, effective immediately, after being told he wouldn’t get a new contract for 2021.
The Dockers confirmed they and the forward had parted ways in a statement on Thursday night.
The club, Cam and his management have mutually agreed that Cam be released from his AFL playing contract for 2020, Dockers general manager of football Peter Bell said in a statement.
