Frank Lampard has overseen his final game as the manager of Chelsea, with the club sacking him after just a season and a half in charge.
After spending nearly $300 million on transfers during the off-season, Lampard came under increasing pressure in an underwhelming season which saw his side drop as low as eighth on the EPL ladder.
