Vettel was quickest with a 1:40.464 which was two tenths quicker than Valtteri Bottas, but the timesheet just had 13 drivers with timed laps on the board as the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo stayed largely in the dry and comfort of their garages.
