Victoria has recorded four new cases of coronavirus — three locally and one in hotel quarantine.

The Black Rock cluster has grown by three cases, but health officials say there are currently no mystery infections. All three of the latest locally acquired cases have been linked to the Black Rock cluster, which has grown to 24 cases of the 36 active across the state.
