Four fatal crashes over the Easter long weekend

A woman in her 70s has died in a car crash north of Brisbane, which is the fourth fatal crash in five days.
Police believe the woman was driving on Kilcoy Beerwah Road when her vehicle and a car heading in the opposite direction collided about 1.30am Monday at Cedarton, about 80 kilometres from Brisbane.
Queensland police have appealed for drivers to take care on the roads.
The 63-year-old male driver and 54-year-old female passenger in the second car were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
This is the fourth fatal crash since April 1 as Queenslanders were preparing and enjoying the Easter long weekend.
It increases the state’s death toll on Queensland roads to 78 lives lost this year.
