The first-ever 50 Next list has been announced, naming people from 34 countries across six continents for their leadership in food and drink. Local hospitality legends Josh Niland (Saint Peter, Fish Butchery) and Jo Barrett and Matt Stone (formerly of Oakridge Winery) are identified as next-generation leaders in their industries. Plus, Worimi man Josh Gilbert, whose family has been farming the same land in Gloucester, New South Wales, for over 40,000 years.
