Former Yatala Labour Prison manager declines apology to family of death in custody victim Wayne Fella Morrison
The manager of an Adelaide prison where an Aboriginal man became unconscious and later died in hospital has declined an opportunity to apologise to the man’s family, despite a recommendation to do so.
