After driving expansion at SEEK, Michael Ilczynski will step into Martin Hosking’s shoes at Redbubble, as the founder focuses on philanthropic endeavours
“The second point is just as important in many ways. It’s where it goes from the early adopters to mainstream penetration and the reality is that SEEK has done that already.
“In 2006 SEEK was just one of those places where you could find and post jobs and now it’s the dominant player. There’s precious few marketplaces that get to that second stage.”
