Former Queenslander ‘aided rebels in Syria‘

Ahmed Luqman Talib has been charged with preparations for foreign incursions into foreign states for the purpose of engaging in hostile activities between October 2012 and September 2013. The now-Melbourne-based gemstone trader, who studied at Bond University, was extradited to Queensland last week.
