Former police officer Mohamed Noor loses appeal against murder conviction of Australian Justine Damond Ruszcky
A panel of judges has denied the appeal of former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor against his conviction for murdering Australian woman Justine Damond Ruszcky.
